Bird of Prey Centre,Crossford, Clyde Valley

This centre is under new management. We took our 3-year old grandson and the staff were great with him, letting him stroke a tawny owl, explained about the birds' eyes, their talons, and what they ate. Then they gave a demonstration of a hawk being trained. They have a lovely, huge snowy owl like the one in the Harry Potter movies, which fascinated our grandson. We had a hard time dragging him away!
