• Disappointed

  Have been going to the Taj in Hamilton for years, the best curry house in Hamilton without a doubt, but I have to warn anyone who likes to lunch there, that this is no longer available, we go nearly every Saturday afternoon and imagine our disappointment today when the doors were closed with a sign saying open between 4.30 - 11.00 now only. Sorry but you have just lost four of your regular customers!!

• The Best Curries in Town

  This is my regular family take-away and occasional sit-in. Small, so you really need to book a table, especially at the week-end. If you like Indian food, you won't leave hungry.

• Addicted To This Restaurant!

  A warm welcome, friendly staff and management, and wonderful curries make the Taj Mahal THE best Indian restaurant in Hamilton. Not a swanky place, but a tidy restaurant. Excellent!Edited on 11/5/2009: The Taj Mahal is re-inventing itself as "Mustaq's". The restaurant has been closed for a while during extensive renovations. I've been reduced to salivating as I drive past every day!! I can't wait til the place re-opens! I'm missing my "fix" of exquisite PROPER Indian cuisine!
