  i am really concerned my slf now, as ive been also trying to contact them since before xmas, and emailed, and keep getting a scottish man ,saying sorry we are busy right now, i also gave them my bank detailes and the chair was £166 pounds after reading the reviews today i now no i have to pay my bank a visist now and change my bank details,i too wish i had found these rviews before i went and gave them my bank details ,i shop on line all of the time,ive been fooled gutted!!

  DISGRACEFUL COMPANY, HIDING BEHIND SEVERAL LAYERS OF BUSINESS. CHEATING AND LYING, NEVER ANSWERING EMAILS AND PHONE CALLS. I WISH THEM ALL A VERY MERRY CHRISTMAS SPENDING THE MONEY THAT I AND AT LEAST 80 OTHER REVIEWERS HAVE TRUSTED THEM WITH. UTTER UTTUR CON ARTISTS. REAL ADDRESS HAS POSTCODE ML5 3SP. • Worst Company EVER!!!!

  I just wish I read the review on-line before I have made an order from cheapofficefurniture website. I did not get any re-play to my e-mails and calls. They took the money from me and did not delivery any goods!! I have finally get me money back from Nat West. Avoid them!!!!!!!!

• Order canceled Refund NEVER received

  Took £174 of my money via paypal, when order was canceled I got the 30 day crap for refunds. Made 73 phone calls, sales/customer services & accounts allways busy. Lost count of emails all of which were ignored.I think DOM is the man to deal with this outfit (person).

• Chair ordered NEVER received

  Took my money (£135) and never provided anything. Said (by email) they would refund after 30 days. 2 months on NOTHING refunded and not replying to any of my emails. No-one ever answers the phone. I have sent dozens of emails to all the possible email address I could find....still NOTHING. They are STEALING money from people, the words FRAUD and DECEPTION are highly relevent for this company. Scottish Trading Standards are also a waste of time they have never responed to my email either as I reported this company to them. WHY ARE THEY STILL ALLOWED TO BE TRADING ?????

• Lousy Company

  Worst company I have ever dealt with. Total failure to answer emails, total failure to answer and return calls, total failure in returning money due. Excellent answering service on the phones with one single person answering all of them AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE.
