n short we received an inexcusably bad service for trying to rectify multiple errors made by the staff at LQM. Who basically stole money from us and are now trying to play the victims whilst continuing to provide EVEN WORSE customer service than before. Simple as that. You can see my full review on their Facebook page, where you can see they have argued with me, make up lies to try and make the situation seem justified. As you can see from other negative reviews on there, all they want to do is pass the blame to the customer if they are left a negative review. All negative reviews mention how unprofessional and unsympathetic the staff are to unsatisfied customers. Take on criticism, learn from it. Improve your services from there. This company can't seem to do this though.
